Hello Disney Participants! 

We are including the trip itinerary , flight list, and packing list for the Disney trip. Please click on the links  above. The trip itinerary is subject to change while we are on the trip. 

The Disney presentation from the Booster meeting is also included in the link above for your review. Travel Day Bus Assignments for Wednesday, 3/23 and Sunday, 3/27:  

American Airlines – 
• Bus #1 - All Guard and White Band (minus 3 White Band students) + 3 students traveling separately Allegiant Flights – 
• Bus #1 – Wind Symphony (minus 8 trumpet students) 
• Bus #2 – Wind Ensemble 
• Bus #3 – All Percussion + 8 Symphony trumpets + 3 White band students 
• Bus #4 – Green Band 
** Bus assignments will change for the other days of the trip. Please have your student check with  chaperones or for signs on the bus door for bus assignments each day. ** 

Please watch for emails regarding any updated information about the flights the week of the trip. 

Drawstring backpacks and the trip t-shirts will be placed in the band hall for students to bring home before the  trip. We recommend that you wash the shirts before the trip.
