ALL 2018-2019 BAND AND GUARD STUDENTS MUST REGISTER!
NOTE: Carroll Dragon Band registration is NOT the same as any school enrollment or new student registration through CISD. Band Registration is specific to the Dragon Band programs, and is required for every student who will participate in marching band, concert band, jazz band, colorguard, or any other Carroll Bands program during the 2018-2019 school year.

BAND REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
(please read carefully before registering!)
REGISTRATION LINKS:
You will need to complete at least THREE of the following online registration forms, depending on the number of students you're registering and which program(s) they're participating in, e.g. PARENT+BAND+ADDENDUM or PARENT+COLORGUARD+ADDENDUM
ALL students must have completed set of addendum form agreements

PARENT REGISTRATION.
Complete ONCE per family (regardless of number of students)
BAND STUDENT REGISTRATION.
Complete one form per BAND STUDENT.
COLORGUARD STUDENT REGISTRATION.
Complete one form per GUARD STUDENT. (If your Guard student also participates in concert or jazz band, you should complete the Band Student registration as well.)
ADDENDUM FORMS.
ALL students must have completed set of addendum form agreements

Band Banquet Date: May 18, 2018
Regular Registration from April 15 - April 29
Late Registration from April 30 - May 4
(Everyone attending banquet, including seniors, must register for a ticket)
Who Attends:

Any Band Student and up to ONE guest (must fill out form for non CISD guests)

Any Band Student Family Members (usually stay until the dancing starts!)
Cost:
SENIORS: Free until April 29th, $10 April 30-May 4
UNDERCLASSMEN and FAMILY: $70 until April 29th, $80 April 30-May 4
Seating:
All STUDENT and PARENTS will pre-select seating using sign-up genius

Band Bistro 2017
The Bistro is a fun and entertaining family and friend event. It's a casual Italian dinner with music performed by Carroll Band students. Performances include student ensembles, the three Carroll Jazz Bands, and the premiere community performance of Indoor Percussion's FROM DUST 2017 competition show. Throughout the entire evening there will be a silent auction with a large variety of items to bid on.

Silent Auction starting at 6 pm
There’s no charge to attend the Bistro – only for meals!

2017-2018 DRAGON BAND AUDITIONS
It's time to sign up for Dragon Band auditions for the 2017-2018 school year. Auditions will take place the week of APRIL 24-28, 2017 at Carroll High School, 800 N. White Chapel Blvd. in Southlake.
